Ask about static hostingThese are optional plans for one-time builds or existing sites. Website + hosting subscriptions already include managed hosting and care; there is no second hosting fee. Domains, business email, paid software, and custom backends are separate.
Already on a hosted platform?
For Shopify or a comparable client-paid platform. Includes up to 30 minutes of minor changes and routine support triage. Platform subscriptions are paid by you directly.
Order handling, inventory management, app development, and ongoing compliance work are outside this plan. Platform suitability and support responsibilities are agreed before starting.
Your domain registration and renewals should be in your name. Domains, business email, paid apps, and platform subscriptions are separate from these plans.
One-time builds include standard source handoff after final payment. Website subscriptions include standard handoff when cancelling after all 12 monthly payments. Platform capabilities and third-party licenses may limit exports. Moving an existing site to another platform or changing its structure is separately scoped.
Hosting is billed monthly in advance after launch. You can cancel before the next billing period under the written service agreement. Handoff timing, access, and any migration work are agreed as part of the exit. Website + hosting subscriptions have a 12-month minimum and their own cancellation and handoff terms; after that they continue monthly until cancelled.
Support covers the responsibilities listed in the chosen plan. Contact and response arrangements are agreed before the plan starts. No plan promises guaranteed uptime, instant resolution, or 24/7 personal support.
