This site does not set advertising cookies or use analytics trackers. Its fonts, images, and scripts are served with the website. The calculators run in your browser. Pricing selections are included in your inquiry only when you choose a package and submit the contact form; browsing or adjusting an estimate alone sends no inquiry.

Project inquiries

When you submit the contact form, the details you provide are sent securely to Resend, Cast & Close’s email delivery provider, and forwarded to Judah Aviles at judah_aviles@castandclose.com. Your reply address is included so Judah can respond. The website does not store form submissions. Please share only information needed to discuss your project; leave out passwords, financial details, and confidential customer records.

Referral registrations

The referral form sends your name, contact details, the business you referred, your introduction details, and your consent to the same business inbox through Resend. Judah uses these details to verify the introduction with the referred business, resolve competing claims, and contact you about eligibility and payment. Share only contact information you have permission to provide. Referral correspondence and reward records may be retained for program administration and applicable recordkeeping requirements. No payment credentials are collected through this form.

Sales representative applications

The application form sends the contact and experience details you choose to provide, along with your consent to be contacted, through Resend to Judah’s business inbox. The website does not store applications. Application correspondence may be kept for review and business records. Do not submit bank details, tax IDs, or other sensitive personal information through the form.

Email and project conversations

Cast & Close uses inquiry details to respond, understand your request, and discuss or deliver the project. Resend and the email providers involved process the message to deliver it. Inquiries and project correspondence may be kept for follow-up and project records. To ask about or request deletion of your correspondence, use the contact address above. Some records may need to be retained to fulfill an agreement or an applicable recordkeeping obligation.

Hosting and outside links

The hosting provider may process ordinary request information, such as an IP address and browser details, to serve and protect the website. Portfolio links open external websites, which have their own data practices. No portfolio website is embedded as a live third-party frame here.
