Monthly rewards are paid monthly, with no minimum payout balance. They apply to the first six paid months of a qualifying plan.

Who can take part?
You don’t need to buy a service or be a Cast & Close client. Refer a new client through a genuine introduction. Self-referrals, invented introductions, and businesses already buying from Cast & Close before your introduction do not qualify.
How do I claim a referral?
Submit the referral registration form with your own name and contact details, the business or client you referred, and how the introduction happened. You can register before or after the business contacts Judah. A client mentioning your name does not replace your registration. Submit it before a reward can be paid.
What if several people claim the same business?
Only one verified referrer can receive rewards for a business. Judah checks with the actual business to establish whose introduction brought it to Cast & Close. The earliest submission does not automatically win. Multiple claims can be submitted and reviewed. If the business cannot confirm the referral, payment stays pending until the claim can be resolved.
What does the 5% apply to?
The reward is 5% of the amount actually collected for the new client’s first completed, fully paid project, after any discounts or refunds. Sales taxes and separately billed pass-through costs, such as domains, printing, paid assets, and platform subscriptions, are excluded. Later one-time projects are not included. For website subscriptions, hosting or care billed monthly, the same verified referrer earns 5% of each paid monthly service charge for the first six paid months. Website subscription rewards apply to each monthly service charge actually received, for the first six paid months only, even if the subscription continues. No commission is due on unpaid or refunded amounts or after the six-month period.
When and how will I be paid?
One-time rewards are paid after the referral is confirmed, the project is complete, and the eligible payment has cleared. Monthly rewards are paid monthly after the client’s payment clears, with no minimum balance. Judah contacts you to agree on a payment method and collect any necessary payment or tax information privately. Do not enter those details in the public form. A refund before payout reduces the eligible sale and reward.
Does submitting the form guarantee a reward?
No. Submission records a claim for review. A reward requires a verified introduction, an eligible sale, and payment received by Cast & Close. No reward is due for an inquiry that does not become paid work. Program changes apply to future introductions; already confirmed eligible referrals keep their agreed terms.
What should I say when recommending you?
Recommend Cast & Close honestly, without promising particular results or discounts. When sharing a recommendation that could earn you a reward, make that connection clear. For example: “I may earn a referral commission if you book with Cast & Close.” Referral rewards are for introductions, not for positive reviews.
