Sales representative

Build the relationship.
I’ll build the work.

A commission-based opportunity for someone who can find the right businesses, guide the project conversation, and stay with the client through delivery.

The role

You’re the client’s person from hello to handoff.

You lead the sales conversation, learn what the client needs, agree on a clear brief, and keep communication moving through feedback and delivery. Judah handles the production work—websites, branding, content, or digital tools—and returns the finished work to you to deliver.

You may occasionally need a direct technical clarification from Judah, but the client experience is yours to guide.

How the work moves

A clear handoff between sales and making.

  1. Find a good fit

Work from a shared lead list or bring in businesses you find yourself. Check the list before outreach so two people don’t approach the same business.

  2. Understand and close

Learn what the client needs, explain the service, confirm scope and price, and guide the client to a clear decision.

  3. Guide the project

Send Judah the agreed brief, then relay client feedback and keep the customer informed as the work is made and reviewed.

  4. Deliver and follow through

Receive the finished work from Judah, deliver it to the client, and remain their contact for any next steps you handle.

Commission details

What you earn, and when.

30% of collected service payments

Commission is based on the service amount Cast & Close actually receives for the sale you close. A discount lowers the amount used to calculate commission. Commission is paid within 1–5 business days after the client’s payment clears.

Subscriptions keep paying

For a client subscription, you receive 30% of each paid monthly service charge for as long as that client remains subscribed—even if you stop working with Cast & Close.

One clear owner per sale

Normally, one representative receives credit for a company. If multiple representatives jointly close an unusually large sale, they split the 30% commission pool evenly. If you source and close the sale as the representative, the representative commission applies; you don’t also receive a referral reward for that same client.

Credit follows the closer

For an upgrade or a new order, commission goes to the representative who handles and closes that specific work. If Judah handles and closes it directly, no representative commission applies to that order.

Adjustments follow the payment

If a client payment is refunded or charged back, the related commission adjustment is applied against your next commission payments.

No fixed lead or earnings promise

There’s no base pay or guaranteed volume of leads or sales. You can use the shared lead list and pursue your own prospects; your earnings depend on the client work you close and Cast & Close collects payment for.

Before any work begins, the role, responsibilities, classification, tax paperwork, and payment arrangements will be reviewed and set out in writing.

What happens next?

I’ll review your application and reach out if it looks like a fit. Applying does not guarantee acceptance, work, or earnings. We’ll discuss the role and agree on written terms before anyone starts.
